Chris Barnes, 2 time D1 NCAA champion, didn't wear socks. Not only that in HS his head was colored blue on the right, white on the left. Yeah, he was a weird dude.

This is the second video that I seen that said if you don't wear socks or ankle socks, you're a noob. My son started wrestling 7 years ago and wore ankle socks because that's what he had. He wrestles at 2 different clubs 5 days a week, and spends more time drilling than worrying about what he wears, and the proof is on the mat. He's 13 now so maybe he's getting to the age where he wants to look cool, but I think no matter what he's wearing he looks the coolest holding the bracket. Agree or Disagree?
