Ok now issue a mandate keeping at least a percentage of properties out of the hands of investors. Certain homes should only be available for purchase for California residents that will actually live in them

He has no common sense and doesn't have the ability to have a full plan and a strategy to make those plans functional and put into reality. WHERE ARE THE HOMELESS GOING TO GO!!!!!!???? THEY ARE GOING SOMEWHERE. How about your neighborhood gov? On your front lawn, sidewalk? I'm sure he has plenty of room at his mansion.
