Most parts of northern germany are missing: Cities like Bremen, LĆ¼beck, Wismar and Stralsund. The island of RĆ¼gen is very wonderful, the Harz mountains with it's mediaval cities Wernigerode and Quedlinburg as well
  • Germany is a wonderful country. I recently spent two months at Munich visits various places of interest - parks, sports grounds, castles - Munich has everything. Germans are hard working and a disciplined society. I like all this. Ales clar. I liebe dich Deutschland.

  • Idar-Oberstein, Bernkastel-Keus, with the Spitzenhaus. Moselle River, Burg Eltz, so.much more. The cathedrals are superb. But really, take the time, for the smaller lesser known things are the true beauty. Ich selbst bin Deurscher, und liebe mein zweite. Heimat

As nice as it is in the south, which is mainly covered here, it is a pity that the north is missing, except for Hamburg. Apart from beautiful cities like Bremen and LĆ¼beck there is a very unique landscape, the Wadden Sea at the west coast and cliffs at the east coast, alongside fine sandy beaches.
  • So beautiful to see a Video about my own country in englishšŸ™‚ It has really beautiful places in Germany! Thank you for mentioning the rhine valley and Heidelberg. These are places I also like. What's unfortunately missing is the LĆ¼neburger Heide. It's a beautiful landscape where in August the plants becoming purplešŸ™‚

Developed, tourist-friendly, one of the safest countries in the world, protests and strikes are not very common, rich cultural heritage, breathtaking landscape, fairy tale castles -- no wonder why not only commoner tourists, but also King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand, the wealthiest monarch in the world, like to visit Germany. As of matter of fact, Vajiralongkorn made Bavaria, Germany his second home and has spent a significant amount of his adulthood there. Thanks for sharing!

Heidelberg, Germany is also known for its religious significance in terms of the Protestant religion. Itā€™s the city that the Heidelberg catechism is named after which is the foundation of some Protestant denominations.
