FWIW, my supercharged C7 with eLSD, threw a 'service rear axle' code and traction light illuminated when I had a misfire caused by a bad spark plug wire. Quite possible those are related.

Its tempting to intercept the system calls and build a breakout box to run the car. However as a retired engineer i completely understand that the whole system is designed to work symmetrically and designed with limit states to keep the entire drive train in one piece while exposed to every kind of abuse the design team could model. I suspect that the differential is the next point of failure since the clutches are somewhat sorted now, followed by the Tremec transmissuon.

I would love to disassemble the drivetrain from clutch to wheel and put it under a microscope and see what kind of wear its exhibiting at the moment.

Without having a custom dog box with transaxle built you are doing the best you can. I suspect you are hitting limits in the software designed to keep the transmission and transaxle from dropping parts on the track.

Myself i think i would try a softer boost curve on shift and feed in boost a few milliseconds after clutch engagement.
