I'm from NYC but work in London and London is my #1 favorite city on earth. Primarily because of the interesting layout, neighborhoods, elegance, extremely international vibe, markets, buzzing streets, quality of the restaurants and shops, events, culture, history, nightlife etc. It is way more interesting to walk around in than NYC because it's not on a boring American style grid street pattern. You actually feel like you can get lost in London and that there are endless neighborhoods to explore, including narrow alleyways. I get that same feeling in Bangkok, Tokyo and Paris, my 3 other favorite cities.

Hi Jay thank you so much for the video you made π Hi Karolina you are still amazing as always π

Just found your channel and had to like and subscribe! I really like the way you walk around and take your viewer along, as well as how you mentioned what time it was - that helps a viewer to understand how much you can accomplish in a relatively short time. You give some really good tips - including how you demonstrate the tube (and now I know to be careful so I don't slap or get slapped Haha) and I enjoyed hearing your input on what you saw.

Houses of Parliament not 'House' of Parliament, and Westminster not Westminister Bridge.. there are no ministers on the bridge only in Parliament next door.
-
it was very crowded this weekend also because of west end live offcourse!

I find Buckingham Palace is just a one time place to see while in London and won't go for a 2nd time since the inside is not opened to the public. Prefer to go see old historical places like castles where you can explore the inside and touch and feel part of the history. Have you guys been to the Louvre in Paris and you can get to see The Napoleon III Apartments which is one of my favourite. I had actually walked in thru the security and stood outside the main door of 10 Downey street for pic and someone opened the door but didnt get to the PM during my first visit in London many years ago. A friend of mine was an ex police officer and he managed to bring me in while many people were outside probably thinking what business does that Asian guy have haha... I am surprised you didn't go have your kaya toast at Meimei Borough Market. Sometimes, never trust the hyped on social media. 8.50 pounds for strawberry with melted chocolate is way way overpriced but rental and manpower are not cheap there. I agree and the LGBTQ+A etc. thingy is really getting too confusing, even for a pink guy like me :) I attended the winter wonderland a few years ago with my partner and it was pouring wet but I don't mind at all since I love the rain and Rihanna happened to be there too though we didn't see her.
-
No doubt this has already been pointed out but what you see from outside is the Elizabeth Tower (after the late Queen) not Big Ben, which is the big bell inside the tower.
-
Fantastic vid ,loved the sausage rolls and choc strawberry's ,not worth the money though ,but it's typical London prices .
-
8.50 for a handful of strawberries with some chocolate poured on topβ¦. They look delicious, but I wouldnβt pay that for that.

Guys you missed all the flags where your was walking to Churchill Statue you was also walking around London on Commonwealth Day. All the flags of the commonwealth around you.I dont rate bough market at all its so over priced and such long ques. So close to bough market is the Southwark Cathedral its worth a visit. All the other places I have been, In Travaglia square you have the National Portrait gallery, Not to be confused with the National gallery. as its to the side of the National Gallery, The restaurant in the National Portrait Gallery has some of the best views, for the price of a coffee, I lived in London for 24 years as a teacher the only decent places are the tourist places, The city is finished after brexit, Have you seen the new shopping center inside the old Chealse power station its worth a visit you will amazed, Merci Jean-Marc :yougotthis:
