literally any 20s/30s spanish colonial revival house in LA is my dream ❤

I went to interior architecture school for 5 years fulltime and i do not see many homes with beauty and character anymore, despite the high expense of investment involved. This bathroom is very unique and rare in design, and they did everything right in terms of design. Full of character and it feels like an actual home, waiting for a family to wear it down further, to leave its mark from time as the years go by. Good design makes better homes. Not generic design.

Probably the most perfectly done remodel I’ve ever seen. It’s simply exquisite

This is a perfect home in my opinion. Stunning architecture and architectural details. The price is very reasonable for this level of authenticity. It's a dream for a very lucky buyer❤
  • One of the most beautiful houses I’ve seen. Don’t love the lack of a laundry room and I would remove the built in bench/table in the kitchen for more space. The front and back yard are amazing. All the open windows the house looks so airy and peaceful.
  • Beautiful home , truly a vintage spanish. The owner did an impeccable job.

🧐😮🥰This is my dream house! If by some miracle I could afford it, I’d buy it in a heartbeat 💓 Absolutely gorgeous!♥️

Beautiful house! And Los Feliz is the best neighborhood in all of LA.

Omg…. That is a beautiful house/home. I would be in Heaven. I lived in Los Feliz for many years and miss it so much. Thank you for sharing this great place. ❤
  • Gorgeous of course BUT, I can't believe the washer and dryer are in the kitchen! For that price I would want a separate laundry room. The pool area is to die for!

I’d love to live in a home like this. This should be kept as is. It’s sad to see homes such as these demolished or completely redesigned when it’s already such a masterpiece
  • A beautifully restored and updated home. Loved every detail. My compliments to the stager for a thoughtful staging and for not defaulting to ubiquitous mid century modern furniture. It seems every house you see in LA has been staged from the same warehouse and it makes you think you’ve already viewed it.

This is a dream home of mine! Every aspect is wonderful and most appreciative of keeping original and any restoration necessary! As the song runs thru my head 🎶🎵dream on dream on🎶🎵🙏🏻❤️🦋🦋🦋

Such a pretty house! But I would’ve put the washer/dryer in the basement instead of the kitchen

I love that upstairs bathroom. It looks incredible. I enjoyed your tour. Thanks for posting!

Beautiful! I sure hope the buyer maintains the original character of the home including the stenciled beams!

Honestly the best thing about local architecture are these beautiful homes. I love seeing them. I wish I had one.

Beautiful house but I would refinish the wood in the walk in. At almost 4 should be flawless
