When he was a robin, Jason Todd started out as kind of a goofball that was annoying enough that the audience actually voted for him to die. And then after his death he came back as red hood. So archer is probably saying shirou reminds him of the original Jason Todd. The optimistic and lighthearted Robin who was so annoying the universe decided to kill him. Meanwhile Archer is red hood in this scenario. The same character revived as a dark brooding badass

Illya in Heaven's Feel using the Dress of Heaven to transfer Shirou's soul out of the body and keeping intact until it could be transferred to a pupptet body was an incomplete application of the Third True Magic, Heaven's Feel. What Assassin Sassaki Kojiro was displaying with his Tsubame Gaeshi is a technique born out of pure honed skill (and connected to the concept of infinity) that manages to makes simultaneous strikes possinle, which is within a the domain of the Second True Magic: Kaleidoscope. You have also seen an application of the Second True Magic with the Jewel Sword that It's wielder, Kishur Zelretch Schweinorg, had created and left for the Tohsaka's to complete as kind of generational homework (it is the thing Rin used to almost kill Dark Sakura, had she not hesitated to so in the last possible moment). But aside from Zelretch just being who he is (e.g. as seen in the last scene of the "Whispers of Dawn" anime (episode 0 ...) of Fate/Strange Fake) the most we have seen of True Magic is an (interrupted) complete application of Heaven's Feel in the finale of Fate/Apocrypha and some instances of partial applications of the Fifth Magic (Blue) in Mahoutsukai no Yoru (and the Mahouyo Event in FGO).

Sasaki is effectively Musashis most famous rival, so the comparison hurts him alot. In fate, Sasaki (the person) never actually existed, he was a fictional character. The Sasaki summoned here is a man who happened to accomplish a feat of swordsmanship on par with the story of Sasaki, and so he's granted the title. This is why they call him a wraith, other terminology would be a phantom spirit. The feat that "goes beyond true Magic" is Tsubame Gashi the sword technique. The 2nd True magic is parrallel world manipulation. Tsubame Gashi is a sword technique that is supposed to do 3 slashes very quickly, but what he actually did is make a a single slash across 3 Parrallel worlds at the same time without any use of Magic or Mana. Keep in mind this guy, is not a dedicated dueling swordsman, he was just a farmer who was upset at birds, so he trained enough to cut through reality.

In Fate/Grand Order, there’s a pair of Divine Spirits based on Sumerian Sister Gods named Ishtar and Ereshkigal. For reasons I’m not familiar with, they BOTH look like Rin Tohsaka. Ereshkigal is at least blonde, but Ishtar just looks like Rin in a skimpy outfit.

You see an incomplete version of this with illya materialising shirous soul at the end of heavens feel The fifth we still technically don’t know the full scope of and only appears in mahoyo (witch on the holy night) and not seen in fate.

There's only 5 True Magics, Heaven's Feel is the third magic, we only know about the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th, the other two (1st and 4th) are unknown. Caster used something 'close' to true magic, technically Fate has covered the 2nd too, when Rin used the Jeweled Blade, which is a creation from the 2nd Magic User. So you're not missing much really. (If you want more worldbuilding on this, get ready for this year's new ufotable work, Mahoutsukai no Yoru or Witch on the Holy Night, wont cover much but doesn't cover summoning of servants, which is the main plot of "Fate")
