My ex-husband just passed away this past weekend and this was one of his favorite songs so I'm playing this for him. Rest in peace, Terry.

My grandfather used to play this song all the time in the house growing up. I still can see him laying on the couch in the living room while this is playing with a cat on his lap. His eyes closed and thoroughly enjoying this song. I think it brought him peace. He loves folk music. Say a prayer for him, he's okay but needs it. Love you Papa. ❤❤ (Tears in my eyes)

Not just a brilliant singer and songwriter, but a poet who had the ability to put his poems to music. Farewell, Gordon, and thank you for some of the most beautiful songs ever written.
