The scene where Andrew saved MJ, broke my heart 😭
  • @elbagrau
20 years later and the entire world still loves Tobey Maguire that much.

Andrew's pure middle sibling energy is one of the best parts of the movie.
  • @bluererry
2 years later and still one of the best theater experiences ever
  • Don’t care if there’s “too much fan service” this movie was an absolute dream come true.
  • The guy who asked “where’s venom?” Prob nearly had a heart attack after seeing the post credit scene
  • If I was able to time travel, I’d go back in time to see this movie for the first time again. The energy was.. magical. I need another feeling like this again.

My fiancé passed June 18,2021. I know he would have loved and cried and cheered at this movie. The last movie we talked about seeing together was guardians of the galaxy volume 3. Now that it’s out, it’s a very bittersweet moment for me. But I know he would want me to enjoy the movies even if I don’t connect with them like he did. I know he was there with me watching it. Just like I know your nephew was with you. Take care of yourself and remember you aren’t alone.

I still can’t believe this movie actually existed. As someone who grew up with Tobey, then went through highschool with Andrew and became an adult with Tom, this movie was absolutely everything I wanted it to be and more. It just feels unreal

This and Endgame were just unforgettable theatre experiences

Another thing I love about Andrew catching MJ is that he did not rely on his webs until he was sure MJ was secure in his arms. Even if he failed to use his webs afterwards, he could use his body to ensure MJ would not be harmed.
  • 29:30 “Can the spider man come out to play?” Got me off guard and I laughed like Goblin once again
  • Probably the happiest 3 hours of my life. This movie felt like it was hugging me all along.

Let’s be honestly this movie hit different for us older folks who lived through all three franchises. Incredible that they managed to pull this off.
  • 19:23 I get chills every time I see this seen! I’ve never yelled so loud, or heard an audience this loud in any other movie! I’ll never forget that reaction and excitement!

Man the scene at 29:10 still makes me cry to this day "your all grown up". After growing up on Tobey's trilogy it was like my childhood saying hello again
  • Anyone notice that Toby and Andrew’s Spidermen both got to sort of “redo” a regret. Toby’s Spiderman regretted killing someone out of revenge, and he sorta got redeemed by protecting Green Goblin Andrew’s Spiderman regretted not saving Gwen, and so he got redeemed by saving MJ in this film.

"Too much fanservice" This was the best 3 hours of my life! Best experience ever! I screamed, cried, laughed. It was so amazing going to see this in theater
  • You can tell this movie was made for the fans. Where Phase 4 may have fallen short, this movie was definitely a diamond in the rough
