the videographer of this video claims that this error was captured from sometime between 2014-2019. due to technological issues, the original recording date was not found in the file. the videographer was living in a small apartment in seouli, south island, sequa, KI at the time of recording.

literally just a recording of my tv today, january 20, 2024. thought the thing was kinda unnerving, so spent a couple minutes recreating it while recording it on my camera + tripod on a 2010 viore television.
