honestly its been such a hard inner conflict lately with things opening up. like on one hand I love staying at home and watching yt/netflix/whatever, but then I feel this crawling anxiety that I need to meet friends and meet new people. I'm at a place where im making an effort to meet up with friends every so often but not to the point that i feel overwhelmed! i think its another adjusting period.. ! we're all doing this social shifting mess together :) but also huge props to you for taking yourself out. i love to do it.

Same Michelle, I get lonely doing daily task and start over thinking. My thoughts kind of spiral, but eventually I do phase out of them. It takes awhile tho 👀
