    I used this meditation for the first time last night and it has made a huge difference in my morning. I actually got up in the first place,felt better,and have stayed up and still been happy! That is saying a lot for the night I had,I live in a nursing home while I recover from multiple leg surgeries so the noise level is pretty constant. it is either my sweet room mate OR the sweet lady across the hall yelling. Last night I went to sit in the hallway to let my room mate calm down,and ended up holding hands with the lady across the hall to calm HER down,she was out there,this was pretty late at night. But honestly after all that I feel really dammed good,thank you thank you,thank you,I usually listen to true crime podcasts to sleep to and I will never do those again after this.

    Every nite I listen to Lauren as I Transition into Sleep. In the Daytime I’ve found myself repeating out loud ....“It’s Okay” I’m Grateful To Have Help in traumatic times as I’m experiencing for a couple of years now. I Hope for Peace ~

    Jason ... you’ve given me back relaxation and sleep! Your meditations are priceless to me. I don’t worry anymore about getting to sleep. I listen to you EVERY NIGHT all night long. I wake up every hour or so and can now get back to sleep within 5 mins. Thank you.

    This helped. This helped a lot. For the first time in months I was able to sleep at night. My dog came to my room and barked at something till I woke up, but I’m gonna try this again as soon as I sort that out. Genuinely, thank you.

    Thank you, Christian, for another lovely sleep meditation. I'm not much for the "New age" movement all about meditation, chakras, the law of attraction, the power of positive thinking, etc. Etc. bandwagon everybody seems to be on about. I personally think alot of it is pure bullshite, (IMHO), but I do consider your meditations relaxing and worthwhile. I always seem to wake more rested with a much more positive outlook in the mornings after drifting off to your voice and suggestions. I used to wake up so crippled by anxiety that it took everything I had to get out of bed, and when I did finally get up, I cried almost every morning. This vicious cycle put me into an extreme depression and left me feeling hopeless and inadequate to fulfill my daily duties at work, home, etc. I still have my bad mornings, but I'm getting back to my old fully capable self, slowly but surely. Thanks for helping me along my journey. Much love.
