the fact that her hair turns into devil horns sometimes when the kid logic comes in is hilarious

as a kid I always had an impulse to explore and wander away. I was also very very bendable and good at hiding. these particular set of skills now just makes me talented, but before it just made me a nightmare. the best part was that I knew how to act like the innocent perfect little girl they thought I was, I got away with soooo much.

My favorite “kid logic” story from my childhood is when my little brother and I were riding around in a red motorized child jeep. Grandma was watching us drive around the yard while she gardened, and when she turned around I told my brother we should DRIVE UP THE TREE so we could watch her from the branches. I thought if I just got fast enough I’d go straight up the tree and be able to steer into a branch. We were maybe 5 and 3. I made sure our Velcro seat belts were on for my stunt, then put the pedal to the plastic headed for a large oak tree trunk. I thought my plan was working when we got to the tree and actually began to go vertical (I don’t understand how that happened till this day), but as soon as we were 90 degrees from the ground we flipped backwards and landed upside down. I got a good head bonk and a spanking, but also a good memory

I finally found someone else who watches Big City Greens, Amphibia, The Owl House, and Gravity Falls

i can totally relate to the whole teachers keeping track of how kids get home. at my elementary it was stanard for teachers to walk their kids to the bus lane. when we lined up for this the teachers would call out a specific way to get home like "bus" and all the kids who rode the bus would line up.

Part 6:03 startled me cuz I saw 3 of my favorite shows all together! Big City Greens, Amphibians, and The Owl House!!!!

I just noticed that the kids Rebecca showed walking home were Tilly from Big City Greens, Anne from Amphibia, Luz from The Owl House, and Lil Gideon from Gravity Falls. Way to represent, Becca!

I just noticed the “cool kids” that walk home look a lot like Anne Boonchuy from Amphibia, Tilly Green from Big City Greens, Luz Noceda from the Owl House, and Gideon Gleeful from Gravity Falls. All Disney characters.

I love how when she's talking about how the attendant made sure she got in the van, she has little drawing pink versions of Tilly Green, Anne Boonchuy and Luz Noceda. BTW, those 3 girls are from Big Coty Greens, Amphibia and The Owl House

0:19 "Leaving one's infant at home alone is generally considered problematic." That hit me hard. When I was an infant and both my parents were working, my grandmother would leave me home alone at her house and go to the shop... while I was crying.
