Incredibly Sacred Traditional Product with Highest Smart level Techniques Required (Original Sound)

Published 2019-02-03
Hello Everybody,
This month, many of my previous video fans have requested that I showcase the skills of the great master artisans. These artisans, although few in number and older, continue to strive daily to pass on traditional values to the next generations. They embody the essence of traditional Japanese woodworking, Japanese woodworking temple craftsmanship, and the creation of traditional and sacred products using the highest smart-level techniques. Their smart woodworking techniques and traditional woodworking skills are truly remarkable.

To thank and honor these artisans, we have decided to create a series of video shows about them and their work, using footage from my friends and myself. These videos will highlight their amazing woodworking skills, Japanese building techniques, and the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.

Everything has been revamped. I have edited the script, rewritten the content, added new effects, new music, and new footage, resulting in a creation titled "Incredibly Sacred Traditional Product with Highest Smart Level Techniques Required (Original Sound)".
Today’s video is likely to be even more appealing due to the appearances of:
• Master Wood Craftsman: Taneya Kichiji (種谷吉次)
• Master Craftsman: Izumi Mahiro (和泉眞弘)
• Lacquer Artist: Takayama Mitsuo (高山光男)
• Sculptor: Yokotani Mitsuaki (横谷光明)
• Master Craftsman: Shimada Yoshini (島田吉ニ)
• Painter: Nakahara Ken (中原健)

This series aims to provide an insightful look into Japanese woodworking hand tools, woodworking documentaries, and the extraordinary skills of Japanese carpenters and craftsmen. Enjoy watching and appreciating the incredible dedication and artistry of these masters.

While I would love English subtitles, art, beauty, and mastery have their own language and it all was so beautifully translated in itself. This was compelling and breathtaking to watch from beginning to end. The lifelong artisans of East Asia are truly mesmerizing masters of their art.

The true craftsmen of this world are few and far between but the eastern craftsmen and women seem to have a devotion to as close to perfection as human hands are capable of. These pieces are put together so precisely they almost seem to snap into place. That level of artistry comes from a lifetime of dedication to they're craft and it shows in everything they make!! BRAVO!! Much respect and admiration!!
  • National Treasures, who created such art, that is beyond price. It's too incredible to contemplate the training, the number of hours, the dedication.....Thank you for posting this, something I have never in my life seen before, the apex of accomplishment.

Amazing. FYI, lacquering the mikoshi took 5 months, according to what they said. Previously, they put 5 layers in total of the different lacquer before they made it black. Beauty!
  • @Robert-xp4ii
I literally laughed when I saw the mirror-finish on that lacquer job. Every step, I hated seeing such amazing craftsmanship getting covered by another layer but the finished product is a gem! Even the frame was gorgeous! I can't believe I watched every second of this. That may be one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen and it was a privilege to see so many great masters showing their crafts.

Craftsmanship that takes a lifetime to master. The sad part is these national treasures are getting up in age and once they are gone l hope there will be another generation to carry on their skills.
