A little while ago I was told to check out a mysterious YouTube channel called Local58. So, I did. What I found was a creepypasta like story told in fragmented pieces in using footage from a "local news station". Theorists, I am hooked! Petition for Matpat to try and solve the "Oldroot" ARG, a long since unsolved Minecraft ARG from the early 2010s, If you're able to solve the lore of Walten Files and made a theory about Wilbur Soot's ARG and The Bob Mod. There's no reason you wouldn't like this ARG (The creator seeded clues everytime the people were stuck and he said there's more than enough evidence already to piece together the complete story, Please solve it, Matt. I am spooked very easily. One time I was watching either Local58 or Gemini Home Entertainment on my phone, then shortly after turned on the TV. I forget which channel I turned it to, but a silent error message appeared saying I was not authorized to use the channel or something. Anyways I got so scared I almost cried.

Fun fact! One of the things they wanted to do when landing on the moon was to have one guy go out and be like "We've landed and we're going to- wait what is that!" And immediately cut off when they contacted mission control.

I believe that it's time for you guys to revisit this one! While there's likely something extraterrestrial going on, things are currently looking more Lovecraftian, and the moon itself is at the center of it.
