This was a ton of effort to make, over 70 hours of footage. But, i had so much fun doing it. Hope ya'll enjoyed! QUESTIONS : Why didn't you take the jungle sapling? I needed apples for villagers How did you get smooth stone? The nether, lava, cobble gen, smelt. Why is there a cobblestone generator in the replay shot before the nether? When i went back to get a shot, i used one nearby the original filming time. I accidently used one from after the nether since the base looked so similar but the generator was built post the nether even thought he replay shot was used before i went.

To the people confused as to why he didn’t get the jungle sapling, he needed an apple to cure the villager. And no, jungle trees do not drop apples

I learned more about Minecraft in these 20 minutes than I have the last 10 years.

the video being entertaining means more to me than him actually completing the challenge I feel like people forget the video is based around the question “can you beat Minecraft in a flat world” there was no Guarantee he was going to do it. He’s testing to see if it’s true or not, and it happens to not be true; I don’t think it matters that much that he has to use a different version it was obvious from the start you couldn’t “beat” a flat world because of its lack of resources; it’s just more curiosity about how he was able to bypass beating Minecraft in a flat world regardless if you interpreted it as “beating” it or not

The solution to these challenges are always to change the version

Here is a way to get lava on superflat: Step 1. Do a raid. Step 2. Get hero of the village. Step 3. Get blacksmith or armour smith villagers, I don't remember which one. Step 4: They have a chance of dropping a lava bucket to you as a hero of the village. Booyah

Walking into the video, I was convinced this challenge was completely impossible since there were no structures, im extremely surprised on how he figured it out

I've got to admit that when i saw this video, i never expected it to be anything more than another clickbait. But when i actually watched it and saw how much effort was put into making just a 19 minute, I was astounded. Great Job! and keep up the good work!

The effort it took you just to beat the game this way is actually respectable, like I can't imagine the amount of patience you needed when killing the mobs for armor.

Pro Tip: Anyone doing a similar challenge that requires lots digging, the album Dirt by Alice In Chains is a good soundtrack for that. Specifically the songs “Dirt” and “Down in a Hole.” Have fun!
