1990 d250 cummins haze under load

Stock 1990 d250 cummins hazes underload. Truck is warmed up. 170k on odometer. Video shows the truck in drive/gear with haze , then put into neutral and haze stops, back to drive and hazes again. Smells like burning oil. Video for forum.
