Just want to reiterate, I misspoke when I said Firewall coined the “FTK”. It certainly didn’t 🫠 Also yes, Prank-Kids did top 16 YCS Chicago, however for a YCS winning deck, it fell off the face of the earth in terms of the competitive meta-game and still was a rogue pick either way. But props to another rogue warrior for making the deck work. Now enjoy the video :)
  • The way you set this up I thought Jeremy Lin himself was gonna win the Yugioh tourney.

"People are really reading all the cards" *Rikka wins Euros 2 years in a row

Incredible content and good work. Dinh-Kha winning with Prank Kids was such a shock but he is such an incredible player and deck builder

Honestly, as a casual player who's not interested in competitive Yu-Gi-Oh, your story-telling abilities and video structure made this a very interesting watch. Would love to see more...

Please make a video on YCS Hartford! First YCS since the lockdown won by an Australian who not only booked the wrong plane ticket, didn’t fill out his visa correctly and nearly didn’t go and the crazy top 8 match where Poe top decks Raye against punk adventure when he gets hit with token collector on hornet drones!

Yacine Sahli’s trap cyber dragon deck was a huge moment in yu-gi-oh for me. It wasn’t the fact that the deck wasn’t popular at the time. But it was reinvented and played in such a different and inventive way but was still amazing, and it’s one of my favorite things to see. It will never be as big as this upset. But it is still very cool.

This is the first video on your channel that I stumbled upon, and I must say I love the editing. The level of hard work put into this video is admirable! Keep up the good work!

Fantastic video! This style of video documentary is something the Yugioh community has really lacked. I've watched Rhystic Studies and Jon Corpora cover MtG Esports for years and always wanted that polished, narrative style covering YGO. Cheers and keep up the good work!

Dinh Kha's deck profiles are always great. His lab list from Bologna looked insane. I was questioning why even play Arias in furniture lab until he showed up with trap tricks of all things, absolutely genius!

This video is so good, it makes me really wanna watch more content explaining professional yugioh events

Honestly a great video man. Love seeing videos that involve the history of the game, not just the cards themselves, but also the most important part, the players. 👍🏻 good job
  • You should do a video on the YCS in 2010 when Frazier Smith won with Gravekeepers and all the history and crazy stuff that went into making the stars align that day. That is probably the single biggest upset in YCS history.

Wow, great video, really excellent coverage of an interesting subject! Kudos to you, sir!
  • @BudgetGamingYGO
By far my favorite type of yugioh content. Keep up the great work!
