    1. That dough was beautiful. 2. He was so nice to entertain the kids. 3. He looks like he loves what he does. 4. I'll bet he smells divine when he gets home. 5. It bothered my soul that he didn't have enough counter space. AND... 6. Imagine what he could do if he had UNLIMITED counter space!! 7. I really want a cinnamon roll. 😍

This young man is a craftsman! It's obvious he loves what he does! Takes pride in his work! I find it interesting how some folks are complaining about no gloves being worn yet will go to a fast food place where you don't see what's happening in the kitchen/prep area!! Not to mention food prepared in factories!! In my humble opinion, I'll take this kind of food prep any day!!

The best decision I ever made when making the filling is to use softened butter (not melted) and cream it with the cinnamon and brown sugar. Add wet (butter) or dry (cinnamon/sugar) until you get the right consistency. I go with about 10 tbsp butter for every cup of brown sugar. I also add about a tbsp of vanilla. Once you get it to a creamy and only slightly gritty consistency, you're good to spread it on. The good thing about this is you don't have to worry about rolling your dough tight since the dough/filling/dough will stick to each other and gold it's shape.

Amazing!!!!!!! and if you know anything about cooking you know that real clean bakers and cooks would never wear gloves. if you go to a place where people wear gloves you can observe them handling money and food and whatever with gloves; in this case it is very dirty, but those people use to please people that like to see the gloves. Real food comes from clean cooks and bakers hand. Well done. I loved this video!

Beatifully done. He obviously takes pride in his work. Nothing sloppy.
  • About the no gloves, he is clearly the only one handling the dough and only things associated with the making of the cinnamon buns. He doesn’t touch anything else, like people, cash, even his face/clothes during the process. It’s like us at home, we don’t use gloves when preparing a meal for our family, a good hand washing is all that’s needed every so often.
  • Какой чудесный аромат исходит от этого видео! Мужчина работает с душой, эта выпечка будет супер 😍

The music, the sound of people talking at in the background, the smiles. These were such good times. Miss this.
  • What a beautiful video. ❤ I had a stressful day and watching this brought me peace and made me smile. Thank you.

The child and mum commentary were the best

It's a joy to watch someone do something they do well...it's artistry.

Making Cinnamon Rolls can be fun. Watching him enjoying what he is doing made me smile. Cause he enjoys his job, plus making kids smile while he made them. Plus His Rolls look Good AF. Now I want to make some more Cinnamon Rolls. I need to make some for Christmas or New Years. While people complain about no gloves, I am sure his hands are cleaned every time he makes a new batch. Plus most bakeries I been to never use gloves. Most Chef don't use gloves either.

Amazing. It's got all the cheer of the holidays - music, children, happy people making delicious foods. I'd love to get a roll from this place!

"How lucky for them." "Yes, how lucky for them. you're lucky too!" Did anyone else hear that? It was so sweet

Gloves or no gloves! Wearing gloves not necessarily means more hygienic, from my experience, I have seen people working with food wearing gloves and touching everything, besides food, cashier machine, door knob, even scratching their noses with that same pair of gloves on, the gloves kind of just saved them the trouble of washing hands. Personally, I preferred they wash their hands properly and frequently rather than wearing gloves. :-)

Love this video.  I think I've watched it about 5 or 6 times now.  It's weirdly relaxing -- LOL.
