Brother Marcus, I speak in tongues with the gift of interpretation! I also have the gift of divers tongues! Asked God for both the interpretation of tongues AND divers if HE would be glorified! Hallelujah!

Marcus, you’re not the only one preaching that tongues is for everyone who believes. Please stop with the I’m the only one doing the right thing, being hated on, etc. Please acknowledge you also could be dealing with bias because of your experience. Please don’t insinuate that Pastor Mike or others with his stance on this topic do so because of fear of losing support or fear of man. Why have evil assumptions instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. You exhort them to humble themselves and question their perspective, but I don’t see you exhibiting any humility. I appreciate your zeal, but I pray the Lord increase His wisdom and fruit in your life. I don’t follow Mike nor any other man - so please don’t think I’m one of his followers. I agree with a lot of what you share, but not everything and it’s not because I don’t have the gift of speaking in my heavenly gift - I do! God bless!

Pastor Mike is correct. From my own experience I was radically saved by a radical encounter with God and absolutely filled with the Holly Spirit as all my desires completely changed to righteousness and the boldness came upon me. There was no denying I was a new creation in Christ Jesus. A year later I spoke in tongues.

I was homeless, got into drugs, went into prisons, then i got to know Jesus, He changed my life.. Now i make 22k weekly. have a home, a wife, a lovely daughter... A child of God. HALLELUJAH

I was saved for a few years and joined a Church that believed everyone should speak in tongues. Some of the elders tried to help me receive the Holy Spirit. I prayed and asked God for it but it did not come..what no one knew is that I was living with someone I was not married to and committing fornication…the day I ended that relationship I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues and I believe God had to come out of sin before I could receive His precious Holy Spirit!!!

I had the fruits of the spirit before I received the gift of tongues

I got baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. And. I had three elderly lady pray for me to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. All I had to do was repent and got to thank Him. And worshiped Him. From the heart. This is your heart posture when you receive this Girt. God has said it in His word. And when i wanted to give up the ladies said keep praying. Keep. Thanking agod and I finally did. And I knew without a shadow of a doubt It was Him speaking thru in side of me. And I won’t ever ever ever forget that experience. You need to. See if for yourself this is a very hot topic that most need to get. And I pray that it won’t discourage anyone to think it’s not as important his word is in this and we need to ask the Lord to reveal it to us one by one. Even when you receive this gift you still have to walk daily in Him you still have to surrender to him and. Turn away from sin. I am a work in progress. And I still have to. Pray!

I Agree Totally With Pastor Mike you can be filled With the Spirt and not have the Gift of tongue Speaking in tongues is Speaking to the Heavely Father Your prophesying into your Future

I love Marcus Rogers but I do agree with Mike!!! I’m one of the people Mike speaks about…… I have visions dreams, etc and been saved filled with the spirit for years.. no tongues yet but praying for them

She had the gift of laying on of hands. As a rebellious teenager she laid her hand on me in a Lutheran church, the power of God hit me like electricity from my fingers, through my toes. Amen! I prayed for two years to receive tongues after I read 1 Cor 14 and studied it. It took two years to build my faith in order for me to receive it. When I told my bible study group I was praying for tongues I was rebuked, after I received tongues my pastors wife told me tongues were not from God. Thes incidents made me doubt myself and I struggled for a time because of it. It is always those who don’t have that will try to convince you to give up. These were people in the Body who tried to discourage me and make me doubt myself. God removed me from both of those churches. The Bible has the final Word not men. If the Bible says it, it’s true. Stop allowing men to be stumbling blocks in your growth in Jesus. Everything Marcus is saying is truth. I love it when I come across people of Yahweh who unapologetically speak Biblical truths. I hope this video blesses someone struggling like I was because of those who lack belief. 36:59

I was baptized by water and a few months later when I was at the altar worshipping, and the pastor said everyone should go back to their seats because the Holy Spirit was going to fill me. I suddenly lost my ability to stand and fell on my knees and started speaking in tongues My youth pastor said it sounded beautiful She said that day I was babtized with the Holy Spirit. It was the most peace and joy I have ever felt. God said we should be Baptized with water and fire. A lot of people have been jealous when I tell this and they say that’s a lie but it’s not a lie when you first meet Jesus you meet your first love. It’s an amazing feeling. It is 100% true that if you see seek Him you’ll find Him when you seek Him with all your heart.

AMEN! I remember praying one night speaking in tongues for over an hour and all of a sudden I felt like an arrow come out my back and a second later a loud sound hit my door. I know what praying in tongues does and understand the different levels to it. Praying for your strength Brother Marcus

Amen!!! I used to doubt my salvation, but when I was baptized in the name of Jesus and received the Holy Ghost with evidence of tongues I felt an unexplainable relief!!!! My faith was renewed Praise God 🙌 and now I know 💯 that I am filled with the Holy Spirit! Thank You Jesus ❤
