I want to thank everyone for sticking around after all this time and seeing new subscribers as well! Hopefully you enjoy this video as much as I did making it. Posting some FAQs I expect a lot of loyal fans have! 1. Where the hell have you been?? Well firstly I'm totally fine, no health reasons or anything for the disappearance. After my last video I decided to take a break to the new year following a period of burnout. Work pressures were piling up and I just wasn't getting the same enjoyment out of making videos sadly. I was setting the bar too high for myself with every video, killing the fun. The last thing I wanted was to make content that lacked passion and love. I wanted some time to reset which just kept getting longer. Thinking about the work involved on top of life kinda put me off. Sorry to leave you all for so long. 2. Why did you decide to come back? Helldivers - honestly. Its really been a fun ride so far and listening to some fan edits made me think I could contribute too. Work has eased off so I have more ability to make things now, but I will be cautious not to burn myself out again. 3. This isn't a history video - why aren't you sticking to historical content? Completely correct and understandable, this is a channel focused on historical events and feels from those times, it's in the name! However I found myself at the end of my last period of creation that I was really just running out of ideas to make. Of course I could make more videos on Vietnam or some obscure conflict, but I want videos to be more unique than that. This will remain primarily a historical feels channel don't worry but I will likely branch into alt-history or fictional content to keep things fresh. If you aren't a fan of that I totally get it too, skip the video for that release. No idea on ratios yet but primary focus is history 4. Will you reopen the discord? The link has been invalid for ages Ah yeah about that....well the discord was b&. Too many fresh memes and fellows engaging in a touch of trolling. I really did love that place and engagement was great. There was talk of some co-ordinated effort to mass report the server but who knows. I may reopen one publicly again but not at the moment. 5. Will you make more content in the future or is this a one off? I intend to make more, but not at the regular frequency to give myself flexibility, aiming for a video a month I think, something like that. A good friend told me to make videos for myself and not to burden things with what I should do but rather what I want to do. Looking forward to new things!

The fact I unironically have Paranoid on my Malevelon playlist since the defense of it, this makes me happy. When it comes to spilling oil the two songs that make me feel the best are Paranoid or Mother by Danzig, now that while killing bots will make you feel like the Helldiver you really are ✊🏻
