It sure seemed like he decided before the game started that his opponent was going to be a cheater. Before any moves were ever made.

I’m starting to suspect that Kramnik plays just to catch cheaters and use the block button.

Honestly the second he clicked on his opponents name and saw that he has lost to them before I thought he was gonna be like yep this is a cheater
  • @DominikKo33
I guess Kramnik would even accuse chess engine of cheating if he loses.

Everyone is saying that this guy isn't a cheater bc kramnik accused hikaru but that is definetly a cheater

Someone tell him he can drag the pieces instead of clicking twice on that rusty trunk of a mouse...

Kramnik catches a lot of hate nowadays. But the fact of the matter is, he's RIGHT. Even though people don't wanna admit it, and would rather hate him, cheating is rampant in high level chess. And cheating is how a lot of players reached that level. Now having said that, he's pretty dumb for implying that Hikaru cheated. I honestly think Kramnik is a blessing to chess, and we need more people like him. He seems like a great guy who's just fed up with where chess is headed, in my honest opinion

I am from Iran and I watched this game last week. The Iranain oppnent is a legit well known old player. He was champion in Iran 20 years ago, and definitely strong player. Cheating is mainly matter for people who has no title. If you look at oppening, the white player didn't do anything crazy for oppening. The accuracy of white was only 91 Also. I really doubt cheating was the case. Kramnik should learn to respect when he is losing, even if he thinks the oppnent was cheating. He can always report the player and game later.

This Kramnik thing accusing everybody of cheating is all a big confusion caused by the fact that he doesn't know what drag and drop is😂

There is a video of Kramnik where he does his usual cheating accusation, the funny thing is that Kramnik was completely winning but missed the winning sequence of moves, and it want that hard to see, Nakamura and Dina Belenkaya commented on that video
  • I don’t know the cadence of Kramnik’s opponents moves seemed natural to me. It’s weird that he automatically assumes an IM that calculated an attacking combination that Kramnik admits, during play, that he missed, is cheating. It’s getting weirder and weirder, he even admits he is tired after the game, and let’s face it, he is no spring chicken and it’s not like the IM played a ridiculously deep line or anything, he just saw a clear tactic Kramnik missed! Bizarre, I love Kramnik but his behaviour of late is pretty poor actually. :(

I'm sick of this guy constantly accusing players of cheating. I've had players accuse me of cheating when I've outplayed them. It's just sad and shows he's a bad sport. I hope he grows up.
  • @CollectorsFix
Seemed like a normal game to me. The opponent even pre-moved several moves meaning he already saw the sequences.

2:46 The engine says that Ng6 was a mistake. c5 was better But I cannot judge if a human could have seen this.
