Hello folks.
Hope all our YouTube family is doing well .
We are so Happy and super pupped up to bring you another video . This is a Journey we will take you on as we traveled to Kenya Africa to visit our Daughter and Husband and spending sometime with them as they are preparing to have a son .
We are all so super excited about this whole trip .
This is about the first week or the first 10 days of our trip here in 2024 into Kenya Africa, visiting our son and daughter and helping them prepare for the new grandson introducing to us .

We have plans to be spending maybe around 6 weeks here with our Family .. so we will be doing videos from here in Kenya and also here and there around the world . But we will be based in Kenya

The following : Fiber Ball Recipe
1 cup old fashioned large oats,(not instant)
2/3 cup shredded coconut (add more oats if don’t like coconut)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup whole or ground flax seed
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips(optional)
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix everything together, and make into balls. About the size of a walnut or a buckeye.
Refrigerate for several hours, or if in a hurry,
you can pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

I just trust Almighty God for safe delivery of the baby. I was at my daughter's bedside with her husband 2years ago , she had slight pain but God gave her safe delivery. My grandson is 2 now jumping about. Wishing you the lovely joy that comes with grandchildren's presence. Grandma lolashka Lagos Nigeria.
