400 ELO Player: *blunders * Levy: I don’t hate that move.
  • @seanmcleod146
Levy could also title this video "Stockfish vs an Alien rated 4000" remove the eval bar, and pretend to analyze them like they're good moves and I'd still believe it
  • @9urj01
"White has a broken leg, but is still kicking it's opponent." Best analogy ever
  • @sdw-hv5ko
Never even heard of the 50-move rule. I'm learning a lot from these 400s
  • GMs: 'The London's a solid opening, but pretty drawish.' 400s: 'Couldn't agree more'
  • @aidendoig4542
“when you see mate in one, look for better” - GM Ben Finegold
  • @Cuorion
One has to admire the 400's ability to disregard rules and disciplines. Freedom at its purest form.
  • @samvchess6266
Both players played extremely well: they both had a severe material deficit and forced a draw on their opponent! Master level players.
  • @PJ_enjoyer
These days 400's are so good When I was 400, a player en passened me, I straight up reported him for cheating.
  • @sick0em0more0
Tbh, gotta applaud their dedication. iirc most 400s abandon after 5 minutes. These titans stuck it out for 90+ moves. Impressive
  • @Digifier
I never thought a 400 ELO game getting commentated and analyzed would be so exciting to watch. I love it
  • @Turtule_real
10:03 "Now white plays the best game of the entire game" proceeds to hang mate in one
  • Levi: 'You should cherish the days you were in the 3 digits .' me: 'Yeah, i remember it as if it was today'
  • @MrJSyer
As a beginner myself, this was the best chess video I've EVER seen in my life. I could really enjoy and understand the game. I mean: when I watch GM's playing most of the time I don't understand anything. They're thinking lots of moves ahead. I can barely think 2. Lots of times they simply agree on a draw I was like: "What? Why aren't you playing? There's a lot of pieces on the boardffs!" And the narration was awesome and thrilled me. The only thing that sets me apart from those 400s is that I know how to check with queen and king. But I'm pretty sure both of them could beat me eventually.

Gotham: “absolute catastrophe” Me: “this was a brilliant emotional roller coaster of a game!”
  • 4 digit chess: a game of strategy, tactics and logic 3 digit chess: drunken moves, bluffs and mind games
  • @AdamGaffney96
You can absolutely guarantee black wasn't even phased drawing to the 50-move rule. Just entirely thrilled they didn't lose. We need to all be more like that.
  • @fe_armor1702
"So you see, that is a pretty good london" The players probably not knowing what the heck they are doing:
  • @zarezada9268
“A perfectly played chess game will always end in a draw”
  • @digiscream
That's simultaneously the most awful anti-climax and the best possible ending for that game. Brilliant.
