President Biden has faced widespread scrutiny following the recent first presidential debate against Donald Trump.
Pressure continues to build on Joe Biden to withdraw from the race amid a series of recent public gaffes and after his debate performance.
"The lefties losing it were on just about every station and every online program and podcast, including The Young Turks," Ms Panahi said.
Ms Panahi reviewed a clip in which Cenk Uygur went on a rant about Joe Biden.
"This thing is over – he looks like he's barely surviving –I don't mean the debate, I mean life," Mr Uygur said.
