  • I love Secretariat. Just adore him. Other horses like Ruffian are amazing too, but idk why Secretariat just has a special place in my heart. After every single race he lost, he broke a record, and as tensions mounted getting closer to the triple crown he practically said, “Oh yeah. Let me show you what real speed is.” He was just something else. His records haven’t come close to having been broken, and he still leads the Belmont with his 31 length win and his 37 MPH Avg speed. Anyways, love the vid. Keep it up!

Can you do Kincsem? She's literally amazing. She is called The Hungarian Miraclemare, she run on 54 races and won all of them. She was born in 1874 and died in 1887(on her birthday). She has got no markings(there's a film of her but there are 5 horses who act her and some of them have stars or socks). She was 16.1/16.2(I don't really know, I only know she was 165cm) when she was 4 years old. Her first race was in Berlin on June 21, 1876. I would be really happy if you'd do her.

They are all so pretty! For mares I would suggest, Zenyatta and Winx. And for stallion, Tapit, Phar Lap, and Frankel.
  • @BabyScatha
Ruffian just breaks my heart 😭 she was just stunning and for a horse that was robbed of her life at such a young age she has become immortal ❤️ as for her recreation here I think maybe black despite being dark bay would have looked more like her since she didn't strike me as Ruffian at all.

If you like Ruffian’s story, I think you’ll like Barbaro’s as well. He holds such a special place in my heart that I even named my own horse after him. He’s one of my all time favorites. I’ll Have Another is also a favorite of mine, I loved watching his rivalry with Bodemeister in the Kentucky Derby and Preakness. And of course American Pharoah, the first triple crown winner in 37 years

I would love to see Sham… I feel like he gets a bad rap from the Secretariat movie but if Secretariat had not been present at his races, Sham would’ve been considered the super horse Secretariat was.
  • Maybe you could do Kincsem the hungarian Wonder Mare, she won 54 races out of 54! As a proud hungarian, I think she deserves to be in the video, as one of the best race horses in the World

@Abigail Pinehaven Interesting fact about Secretariat… one of the reasons why he could run for so long at a fast pace was because he had a larger heart than any regular horse. So his heart was able to pump blood way for efficiently than other horses. A regular horses heart weighs between 8-10 pounds… Secretariat’s heart weighed 21-22 pounds. This was seen as to contribute to his speed, strength and stamina.

I love how your Secretariat's race was very similar to his real life counterpart's Belmont race (where he broke first and just stayed out in front, decimating the competition). Suggestions for other famous racehorses: -Native Dancer -won two legs of the Triple Crown and went on to be a very prolific sire. He is actually Ruffian's grandsire (on her mom's side). Also, a grey!! or for more contemporary horses I suggest Zenyatta (2010 American Horse of the Year... also, a mare) or American Pharoah (won the Triple Crown in 2015 and was the first Triple Crown winner since 1978)
  • @deluluqueen1912
Im sad ppl don’t know Kincsem (meaning my treasure), she won 54 of 54 races. She was the Hungarian’s treasure.
  • @cammiedonk1204
Make sure you do phar lap! He’s quite a big deal in Australia- because he mostly raced here and won ALOT, he was also stuffed and put in a museum here in aus once he died. There’s also a movie about him!!
  • @TheWykerts
I would love to see Barbaro! I absolutely loved him and he could've done amazing things if he hadn't got hurt during the Preakness. He won the Kentucky Derby by 6 lengths. Even Bill Nacks said, "I saw fleeting shades of Secretariat and thought Barbaro is gonna win the triple crown." Love how you made them. My dad got to see Secretariat race in person and I'm so jealous of that lol.
  • Ruffian is Stunning! I love Seabiscuit and Secretariat! Great video. All the horses are stunning. I have books on Seabiscuit and Secretariat.
  • I recommend doing pot-8-os who won over 30 races! His name came from a stable boy. He was told to write potato on his feed bucket but the stable boy thought she meant pot-8-os so he wrote Potatoooooooo since that was so iconic that became his name or for short pot-8-os. He was born on 1773 and his death was on November 1800. I really hope you put him in your stable <3
  • I would love to see this as a series! Just like the "horses as star signs" one. I would absolutely love for you to do a very recent horse, Essential quality from last year. Not crazy famous but he is a dapple grey so it would be really fun to do.
  • I love all these horses so much, they are what got me involved in horses I in no way support the racing industry but I'm happy in a way because we got to see these amazing horses, I loved watching recordings of them racing and even watched the secretariat movie and cried lol
  • @TX2bestmoments
Seabiscuit was the grandson of Man O War. He was by Hard Tack which was the son of Man O War.
  • I just want to thank you for telling Ruffian’s story. She was such a divine creature and the fact that people can do things like racing to anything like her blows my mind. Would you ever consider doing a tribute to her, sort of like your Spirit video (which was incredibly well done, like girl what)? Thank you so much for the great video and keep going strong <3
  • i almost cried a few times because in the game its like their legacy is being retold and how in the clips of them running and what position they were is on the track and them doing so in the game was so heart warming
