Great vid Tom! Always love seeing other peoples childhood Pokémon collections/items
  • Don’t you dare sell these Tom. These are part of your childhood. Those memories are priceless and you deserve to hold on to these forever. I wish so badly I still had all my childhood Pokémon stuff but alas that’s not the case 😢

Awesome vid Tom. And I'm not even into Pokemon TCG. I mean there are a couple around the house from when my kids were... not adults... LOL But good stuff. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your collection.

I really dig Fossil, and First Team Rocket set. The dark pokemon were actually my favorite.

Man, I know I have a huge Pokemon card stash somewhere in my parent's house and I've never been able to find it. Hoping I come across it someday.
  • @ShawnFyz
These actually look in much better condition than I expected. Great video man!! More please!

I remember on my copy of Pokemon Blue I'd used the MissingNo glitch to max out my stat-increasing items. I wanted to increase my Pikachu from Yellow but if I traded it, it wouldn't follow me around after being returned. Pokemon Stadium however, allowed you to transfer Pokemon from the Gameboy cart to the N64 cart without a hard save, so I did and then moved it over to blue. Maxed its stats, then back to Stadium, and then over to Yellow again. Max stat Pikachu in Yellow and it still followed me around.

Great walk down memory lane being around the same age experiencing Pokemon back then! Thanks for the video!

Dude, your Gameboy Pocket being in better condition than my entire Nintendo handheld console collection has me in a frenzy.

Good trip down memory lane. Blockbuster, such a throwback lol. I didn't learn til later but back in the day those big 3 ring binders could sometimes shift the page around and as a result often damage the cards that were next to the ring, oof. I enjoy collecting error cards and base set 1 has many of them, including red cheek pikachu (instead of yellow cheek like you got). Additionally some of those base set 1 you got were shadowless (like the sandshrew). Shadowless have no shadow around the art/picture frame. They are basically the 2nd printing to come out, and are similar to 1st edition but without the 1st edition stamp. Looking forward to seeing more please!
