You do not need to waste any on mixing it in a panting pallet. You can pre-mix it in little containers with lids. I tend to use old mica containers, or a little drip container. When you use it up or the alcohol dissolves, you can use what dries on the side with more alcohol, and you don't waste a single bit of powder. If you make it thick, you can use it as paint, if you make it thin, you can drip it in like alcohol ink after a good shake. Daniel Cooper has shown us that adding hair spray will help keep it suspended, and we can make our own alcohol inks out of micas, but I imagine it would work well to help with the uniform results of a paste to paint on, too.

Snake eye! I think it's incredible and I bet that would sell for alot of money - I really was blown away by it - a vortex - down their gullet go their prey...the all seeing eye- it certainly suits the times.
