I am not one to leave negative comments but how can you give someone with 8 kids a huge white couch? Why do people buy a beautiful Craftsman home and then try to make it look modern? This one was a huge fail for me.

a snowwhite sofa couch with 8 childreen? kitchenfloor is not just ugly but also layed in the wrong direction. it cuts off the flow on the floor, from the kitchen into dinningrroom... the wallpaper in the dinningroom is terible.

Tat wallpaper’s terrible. Also the kitchen’s quite dark. Not so good designed.

The ceiling in the kitchen and dining room are horrible. And where is the grand piano? There was room in the living room for it in front of the bench under the windows. And I'm sorry but they actually built a smaller dining room table but I think they could have used the bay window as seating by building a bench there and maybe used a round table. I like some of the elements though.

That dining room table is a huge fail! The side with 4 chairs is up against the legs of the table. Which means 2 people have to "straddle" the legs. Benches seem like a good idea; until you have someone wanting to get up; then everyone has to move to give them space to "swing out". And the living room around the tv had seating for maybe 6-7 people. There is no way this design is considered practical. Don't even get me started on a white couch with 8 kids!

Man!! They replaced wood cabinets with cheap particle board cabinets!! The whole reno is a big failure!

That's the ugliest wallpaper I ever seen. Everything just looks so lifeless.

Not even done and this is horrible. It looked better before, just needed minor tweaks not a remodel, at least not one that doesn't fit the house!

They should play taps instead of rock music when doing demo. I hope the reno looks better in person. The colors seem off, the styles don't gell. They need to go for classic, not trendy.

This was not a good reno. I’m not sure they got any more table space in the dining room. And bench seating, really? Wallpaper is hideous, and the new light fixture is not big/bright enough for that size room. The “before” chandelier was better.

Dining room table seems small when you imagine all those people actually around the table. Not a fan of the wallpaper either. With the TV in between those bookcases, anyone needing to sit further out on either side wouldn't be able to see the TV. Not a fan of this one. 😐

In the “before” the cabinets & beams in the Open Room look like the cabinets & beams in the dining room..the ones they said were original & would stay. Then they took out the ones in the Open Room & said they’re not original to the house. If the others weren’t original, someone did a really good job trying to match them! Lol
