    There are companies that have flaunted best employer award and on the ground promoted bully to leadership role who has 5 HR cases against them . The system protects them .

    Yes, bullies can be peers( senior n juniors both) , one can face bullying as peers ordering , 'you are supposed to teach me the project assigned to you' , even managers support them, when not agreed & most importantly when start coping up officially not giving any bad image, HR forces to resign and hand over the project
  • Yes unwanted workplace bullying created unwanted. Stress in .life Sacristic talking people are usually have inside there pain ego and jelaous inscurity. So such people unnecessary created issues at workplace. Most toxic people are those who keep always sacristic talk ..
  • After talking to that person, the person bullying becomes more happier assuming that, he has got success in his bullying and finds more other ways to elevate that bullying.😓

    Go on and talked!! I talked to one of such bully and she now openly challenged to make my life hell.

    Hello, I have got my dream job and salary but I am also being a victim of workplace-bullying here. Also, if I leave this job, I won't get even half the salary that I get in this company. Also my seniors are putting a lot of work pressure on me.

  • Talk to the bully/Talk to the hire up.. Sounds like such an easy solution but highly impractical.. Don't try it, it will make your life harder.. However his last few comments on playing good politics, does seem like a probable solution, but just very hard to actually do it.. 😔 I had been on the receiving end of office bullying, and years later it still makes me feel really bad just thinking about it..
  • I'm working as a CA Article trainee in a mid size firm... I chose that firm bcz it is close to my residence which gives me less time for journey and more time for studying.... But our principle is abusive to most of us even to the them who are working for them like 12-14 years.... And he abuses me too every now and then bcz of his non sense perfectionism.... He doesn't know computer at all.... So while authorizing the final draft of every FS he instructs us and abuses us and sometimes for no reason tell us "You r of no use..... U r total useless... Worthless... Fool... Stupid., idiot.." and many more... My self esteem has dropped down to very low... It's very difficult to concentrate while studying and doing work.... What to do???? Please help.. 🙏🙏🙏
