पश्चिम बंगाल में मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी की अगुवाई वाली राज्य सरकार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से सोमवार को बड़ी राहत मिली है. देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत ने राज्य में टीचर्स की अवैध नियक्तियों से जुड़े मामले में सीबीआई जांच पर रोक लगा दी है. हालांकि अवैध रूप से भर्ती हुए 25000 शिक्षकों से निष्कासन को लेकर कोर्ट ने अभी कोई राहत नहीं दी है. बता दें कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का यह निर्णय कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट के उस निर्णय के बाद आया है जिसमें ग्रुप सी और ग्रुप डी के नॉन टीचिंग स्टाफ की नियुक्ति घोटाले के मामले में सीबीआई जांच के आदेश दिए हैं.
