SteamVR is a runtime software, Yes you need it to play the game but it doesn't unlock the games itself. lol This is a great video. I just thought that you could worded that differently.

There’s a new update that makes it where quest 3 can play it by just downloading it by side load and then u sign in then ur done enjoy

please get virtual desktop. Oculus link doesn't allow you to charge your quest while playing and virtual desktop increases performance by 2x to 3x in my case as I have a 1650 super. It's just recommended. Also get at least a wifi 6 on your router or on your pc or just get ethernet
