    I suffered with depression & anxiety, one day I decided to change my eating habit. I stopped eating junk food, added sugars, soda, rice, candy, chips you get the point. I started walking M-F minimum of 5k steps max 10k & let me tell you how much clearer my head is, I’m more energetic, & I’ve lost so many inches, my eye sight has gotten so much better.
  • My trick is to declutter, as women, we are the managers of our home. We manage every single item we have. Therefore, it is essential to limit our inventory. Doing so, allows more time to focus on the important things and not on cleaning so much. Thank you 😊

  • honestly, Alondra, I'm super thankful and blessed that we have a true influencer like you that talks about anxiety because I feel like no other influencer actually open up about that I have been having really bad anxiety 2019 I'd say it got really bad but your videos really do help me out thank you so much and God bless you and your family❤️🙏
  • I struggle with anxiety and bipolar so being productive can sometimes be really difficult. For me I get up go take a shower as soon as i wake up. Once i take a shower im refreshed and i put on a playlist of my favorite happy mood music. This just makes my brain feel like “oh today is a good day” and I start to just do tasks that i need to do. I make sure not to overdo it because i end up crashing and lacking energy. I love motivating myself it just makes life feel good.

  • Definitely coffee & good music , but I love to just have a positive attitude, bring in all the natural lighting, and make sure i put my phone down. It definitely helps to keep me productive!❤

  • Whenever I have a thought about something I want to do mid cleaning, I write it down. This helps me stay focused on the task at hand and avoid getting distracted 😂
