The life of an international trafficker is seedy and extremely dangerous, and exactly the kind of life a couple of Kentucky bluebloods decided to lead. One, a former undercover narcotics agent who wasn’t making enough money illegally selling the drugs from busts, the other a savvy deal maker, teamed up to form “The Company,” the front for their drug smuggling business. As the operation grew, so too did the paranoia and betrayal. Arrests would eventually break apart the team, allowing investigators to get the jump on the dangerous and, in the final days, murderous “Company.”

That's why I ALWAYS check dead bodies whenever I find them laying in my driveway before I call the police. You never know how much cash and blow you'll find on them. Happens maybe 3x a year to me...

It's funny that some people who are surveiling Andrew 24-7 say he was paranoid and thought he was being followed. Lol HE WAS!

The crazy thing that they don't even mention in this film, is that the sniper who killed the federal judge is Charles Harrelson, famous actor Woody Harrelsons father. There's a whole podcast series about it.

The narrator's voice can make watering a plant dramatic!

Eureka!!! I've found it! The perfect show to listen to when trying to fall asleep at night!
  • @WindDancer435
This happened in 1985. No way would someone turn in all that money and drugs today. Even the cops would take some!

Cop describes suspect - "desperate and fearless individual..." - desperation is BORN from fear. You can't be both at the same time.
  • It is great to have Anthony Call narrate this. He is the legendary voice of "A Haunting" and "The Third Reich: The Rise and Fall".
  • she never told who the accomplice is cause he came out alive with the money and dope and she got paid 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️
  • @lucyloose2841
I'd of probably looked in that bag before I called the police
  • @gothempress
But why does this narrator narrate every 90's documentary I've ever seen? I love his voice!
  • @TheSateef
this should be a TV mini series, so much stuff going on
  • @-suphur
Odd that the tally of coke went from over 80 pounds to over 70 pounds when the DEA got involved.
  • @mosluggo1
The reenactments on this show are AWESOME- its really what makes tbe show- that, and the narrarators voice-

This is the story of Melanie Flynn. Her father (Bobby) was a Senator, and her brother Doug Flynn played for the Cincinnati Reds.

It's very difficult to hide a wrong doing to the authority, especially drugs. You will be successful for so many times, but once you're caught, you're done.

If I found all that cocaine & no one else was around, calling the cops would be the last thing on my mind.... Respect towards the integrity of the Georgia ranger
  • @samle9131
Best crime story ever. Betrayal, loyalty, and not your typical open and shut case where you knew the husband or wife did it. This one was shrouded in mystery
  • @AjarnSpencer
Fascinating investigative case study in criminology and the methods used by criminals of that era
