The fact that you were working as a lawyer and then transitioned into this kind of work, publicly playing and resting … genuinely so inspiring. I can only begin to imagine how much courage that took!!!!!

I often get so mad at myself because I feel like my "where do you see yourself in 5 years" plan is slipping away. But if I stop for a second and take a look at my surroundings I am so blessed and my kid self would love the space and place I am now and they would be so proud of me. It helps to remind yourself that life is not a race! I can get to my plan even if it takes more than 5 years lol.

I'm autistic and I sometimes (age) regress and can also confirm comforting yourself with your childhood /kids things like books, toys etc are helpfull and give joy!

I love how you literally mention having the window open on a Sunday enjoying the breeze, and that's exactly what I'm doing this Sunday while watching your video.

"Stop feeling like you're in trouble all the time for something, and you don't know what it is that you feel like you're in trouble for, but you just know there's something!" >> I didn't know I need to hear that until you said it and thought - oh yeah, that's what I've been feeling! Thanks for making videos so honestly, and holding space for all of us to discover together! <3

Kennedy, I cannot tell you how much of God send your videos have been to me and my life. I've been going through a heavy and tough few months which has left me feeling low, depressed, depleted. You and your videos remind me of the joys that are out there, and to seek fun and hobbies that I enjoy. Thank you thank you thank you.
  • @SnowyTerra
I've been loving all of your self-care videos, they always arrive so timely. 💜 Also, can we take a moment to appreciate how (extra) stunning your hair is!

Yet another video I know I need before I’ve even watched it. There’s such authenticity & uniqueness about you that sets you apart from other content creators. Basically…I think you’re amazing and I’m so happy I found your channel 🥰

Part of this journey for me has been wearing whatever I want, even though it’s nothing super out there or wacky. Literally just branching out with bolder colours or different cuts rather than everything being boxy and black lol. I had a lot of shame placed on me regarding clothing while I was younger because puberty hit me like a truck; it has taken me into my early 30’s to untangle some of the messaging that was put into my head.

kennedy... this video just started and i'm already crying what the heck
  • I have a 4 mo old son and reading my favorite childhood books to him has been a beautiful experience for me. Other “childlike” things I’ve loved doing (even before having him) are frequenting parks and taking cute picnics. 🌸 Wonderful for soaking in the moment and enjoying the small things

I couldn’t help but chuckle to myself a little when you said to ask what little me wants to do today because the old little me would say “Get in trouble 😏” 😂😂😂
  • @sj26843
I lost myself since the beginning of my 20s (felt like a rush trying to grow up) but now I’m heading towards the end of my 20s and trying to find my inner child ❤️
  • @emilymae7568
I put this on for my self care shower… and I’m like emotional thinking about my younger self. I love these videos
  • @kayleejorose
Another tactile thing thats also cozy hobby like for me is knitting. The movements are so repetitive with practice and depending on what you make it can be mindless and meditative. Keeps me grounded :)

Hi hi. I just wanted to share that I actually made a playlist like the one you're speaking of and I called it "Sunshine & Pop Rocks" because it reminds me of childhood and riding in the backseat on a sunny day. It has Third Eye Blind, Michelle Branch, Sugar Ray, etc etc. (I'm 31 😁) So when you mentioned that concept, I felt it deep in my soul. ☺️💕
  • Hi Cozy K I just got home from a busy day with my auntie Heather I bought a new book 📚 and I am so excited 😆 also I did some art 🖼️ and I worked in the hoop house and we went to plant 🪴 shops and my auntie Heather bought seeds to plant 🪴 and then we went to the botanist coffee house to get a coffee ☕️ I got a 24oz iced chai latte with vanilla syrup and oat milk me and Heather are starting our own business we are calling our business 9 to 5 and we are making our own stuff to sell ❤😊 so many exciting things

I've been playing sims 2 life stories on my PC to try to regain some of that childhood nostalgia. Even with the horrible graphics, I still feel the same as I did as a child playing that game. Love the concept of this video!

Dream siary is a cool exercise; its a day dream but written down. Like: "dear diary. Im sotting in the lounge by my pool by my house in the spanish village Sella tonight planning my trip to Alicante in the morning...and so on". Its easier to be precise and ckear in writing. It makes it more real❤❤❤
