I will forever appreciate you for showing raw emotion. In 2015, I lost my best friend due to domestic violence, and I was in a very rough place. When "Blonde" came out, I don't think I ever cried more than I ever had. This album has helped me with coming to terms with what happened, and has helped me realize that my friend wouldn't want me to constantly grief about his passing, but rather, remember the amazing memories we had. We, as a society, need to stop this social stigma where men can't show emotion, and you, are helping towards breaking down that stigma. Thank you for reacting to this album, even if a lot of it didn't click with you, I will FOREVER appreciate you!!

this is one of those albums u gotta listen to multiple times to really understand why people say its so good

I love this album fr, but I have SO much respect for u over other creators that you actually express whether you like a song or not rather than just faking and meatriding it. First listen other than a few songs i didnt really love Blonde, but after a few listens it's my favorite album ever. Great review

The first time I listened to solo I was hanging with my homie in his car and he played that song, I just got off drugs and out of rehab I was having a couple beers and it kind of just felt like everything over the year had hit me, all the fights with family, all the lost friends, all the break ups, and all the people I hurt while doing drugs. At one point I did feel solo without realizing I had the biggest supporting cast around me, idk that song will always have a special place in my heart means a lot to me.

i think what makes blonde special fr is bc it gets better w every listen. i appreciate that you went back and listened to the album and it rly grows on you

Blonde is an album that will grow anyway. The first listen of Blonde will never be the best one. I listened to it for the first time in the year it was release and I still put it on every month and tracks like White Ferrari still trigger the same emotions.

last year, frank was my #1 artist on spotify with 14,000 minutes listened. His music was there at the start of one of the greatest relationships i believe i'll ever have. And now his music is there as a reminder of what me and that person no longer have. Regardless. the music has brought me to tears nearly every time since our separation. Emotions are such a beautiful thing and this album does a wonderful job at portraying love and heartbreak. Blonde is for all of us.

Something I will always stand by is that people that hate on frank ocean haven't had certain emotional experience almost required to appreciate his music. Even I didn't like him at first but after emotional maturing experiences he's my favorite of all time
