From surviving abusive relationships to managing nine businesses, balancing motherhood, and launching her first venture at the age of 15, Dr. Sara Al Madani's journey is nothing short of remarkable. With four TEDx talks under her belt and a debut on The Real Housewives of Dubai, she epitomizes the term powerhouse. Today, we are honored to welcome Dr. Sara to The Brave Table Podcast. I'm your host, Dr. Neeta Bhushan, and we’re diving deep.

Dr. Sara is a rebel, constantly defying her own limitations. With countless awards for influential leadership, she's here to empower us through her resilience and challenge us on the importance of questioning societal norms and "unlearning" in order to embrace our own self-discovery. Together, we're unpacking the fear of failure and why it's a catalyst for personal growth. This guest is clearly very wise and knowledgeable. I feel what was said about empaths only being people pleasers is not quite accurate though. I have direct experience with narcissists being people-pleasers which is used as a manipulative technique in order to gain supply. This is part of the false self they create for the outside world. I’m new to your channel and I enjoy your conversations with your guests immensely. Plus, I’ve got to say, I love the hats! 👒
