went to high school with katie, shes just as honest and humble as she was when she was 15 and blowing us all out the water in swim practice!! LOVEEE
  • Katie is just a delight in every way. She's talented, gifted, courageous, humble, beautiful and above all, Katie is kind. I'm so proud she's an athlete representing the USA.

Just want to give some love to The Roots for their song. They're so creative, and these cute little songs often go unnoticed, or at least unmentioned. This would made me laugh. Great job, band. (And Katie!)

  • Chocolate milk after swim is just so good for no reason. Also, so cool she met Michael Phelps before the olympics!

Watching her has changed my freestyle. I do small quick kicks and grab at the water with my forward strokes. She has remained my favorite swimmer for many years now.
  • What a champion! Have followed her since 2012! Congratulations on the gold. So soft spoken.

Such a natural. Still hasn't got the bleach out of her hair, the luv, and there she is, for all to see, medals and everything. A proud moment for her, and by extension, for USA, baby.:)
  • Even if you don't like swimming or necessarily like The Olympics how can you not love this remarkable young woman. Katie is a National Treasure.
  • If I have a daughter I want her to be like Katie Ledecky. Even if she isn’t athletic just to have her manners.
