There's not much to show when there's a boring talk instead of the game, so cameraman does try to take different camera shots .. 10/10 cameraman

Not all heroes wear capes, some of them operate cameras.

That camera pan has been done a million times. They want to show the panel while also showing the big screen with statistics and upcoming matches. Mainstream on air talent is taught which camera to look at when it changes. She's literally doing her job and has looked at the camera at this angle a million times. They have to make eye contact periodically with the camera to engage. I do like it when the casters seem happy to be there but let's be real she literally just looked at the camera, she doesn't have to be beaming every time. It just looks like she is glaring disapprovingly because people in mainstream roles on air are taught to look 'cheerful' and 'welcoming' at all times. Dota casters I'm sure don't get the same kind of rigorous body language and expression training.
