Getting softlocked in botw because what else do I do in this game

Testing out Arrow Smuggling since it has overload properties and then doing the campfire glitch to see if I can enter Gerudo Town without the appropriate clothing since it was done by Satougashi.

i found a softlock in korok forest while restarting the quest where you follow Okie. Okie caught me at the same time as activating the shrine pedestal, then I immediately restarted the quest and the camera panned out and got stuck. No inputs responded besides moving the camera position.
