HIGHER SELF Guided Meditation for Guidance and Clarity | Hypnosis for Meeting your Higher Self

It’s been a couple months since doing this guided meditation and I have to say it completely changed my life. I don’t mean that in a sardonic or joking way. This truly changed me and helped me see what I was missing. I feel like I’m operating on a totally different level. Thank you so much for this. Got a glimpse of my higher self. I deal with a lot of anxiety, but she assured me that everything would be in balance. Then I fell asleep and had a good nap.

Met my higher self for first time that I can remember tangibly asked him many questions, when he'd speak I got the answers by looking in my energy up and to right to a white light , my mouth would drop open and kinda went limp a bit everytime he answerd I asked about my recently deceased mother , and other more secular questions and GOT all my answers!

This is first time I was able to follow a meditation until the end. The surprising thing happening was I knew what the guide was going to say, even though it's my first time listening to this audio. When she asked can you see the light in front of you, I already saw the light in the shape of me and looked into her eyes while she was smiling. And right before the guide asked to embrace her, we were already embracing each other. Wow, it's exhilarating. Thank you for this post 🤍

This made me cry I was crying while my eye was close and myself was just there looking at me and telling me to calm down I’m beautiful and all stop having bad thoughts and also learn to understand peoples she told me to not please peoples just simply give all my love to them give them space they will come to me she was me but I seen a beautiful light shining I didn’t see myself it was so colourful it was changing colours she told me to hold her hand and I could feel my hands were burning she told me she gives me her energy I didn’t sleep anything alll night and right now I feel like I just had a sleep ❤️thank u so much for this it’s very good really helps with mental health I wish everyone the best and lost of positive energy and god always love u

This meditation video has literally taken my soul out of my body without even my notice and brought it back. The moment the soil entered back to my body was the feeling that I will cherish for the remaining of my life. It was the moment where I felt alive and energized. What I have realised through this meditation is that we all live our Karma. All we have to do is live our own Karma until the last moment without interfering in others Karma. It's our own spiritual journey. Live it fully and peacefully❤

Ok. So. So much happened that I don't know where or how to start. I even found out the name of one of my Spirit Guides! So I've tried this kind of meditation before, and back then, my Higher Self showed itself to me as a golden cloudy light. But this time – oh, this time. Back then, I've assumed that my Higher Self was a woman, because I am one too. But now – now, for the veey first time, my Higher Self showed its true form to me. And it's a man. And he looked like a God, but not any kind of God – no. He looked like the type of God you see in fantasy movies or read about in fantasy books. His hair was blond, almost white. He was wearing blue-gray god-like clothes, decorated with weird patterns, accessories, a long cape and an odd-shaped crown of the same color. My first thought, upon seeing him, was "oh, I AM beautiful!". He smiled, and stepped towards me. He kept repeating "You and Me – We are one." When he got in front of me, he kneeled, took my hand, and said something I can't remember, because I kept thinking "So this is what I look like" instead of concentrating on his words and I - 🙈 After that he took me into his arms and raised me as high as he could. The white light blinded me for one second. When I came to my senses (still in meditation), it was as if my clothes and his blended into one. It was as if Me and Him blended into one. But he was still kneeling in front of me. I felt dizzy, and as if I was fainting. That's when he called one of my spirit guides and I found out her name. I asked if that's her name and she nodded with a smile. My Higher Self stood up and said that we should stop here and I came back to reality with "You and Me – We are one" in my mind

This is exactly what I needed to reach him for the first time. Thank you.
