The physicality of this game was absolutely spot on!
  • Epic edge of your seat game with No cards and TMO interference, best lve seen in a long long time! Well done All Blacks, congratulations England for staying in the fight!

Sold out in Dunedin, sold out in Sydney wow rugby is alive and well 💪

How to kick like Damain Mckenzie: Step 1: Look at the ball Step 2: Slowly look up at the posts Step 3: Slowly look back at the ball Step 4: Slowly look back at the posts (now with a small smile on your face, like a predator at a playground) Step 5: Slowly look back at the ball, still smiling Step 6: Take a step back to actually kick the ball Step 7: If you haven't run out of time, kick the ball Step 8: Miss I know Fly-halfs have their kicking quirks, but man, I feel like Mckenzie needs to hurry up a bit there XD
  • Great game. Congratulations New Zealand. Disappointed but proud of the England team. We go again next week!

Thank you England 🇬🇧 for such a great test u guys played well very intense stuff and thats wat the fans want much respect 👊 incredible heart 🖤 ABs, go up a gear next week and send them home empty handed 2-0 🤲

I do believe to counter the Englands rushing defence is not to go wide early but to play a Blues style of rugby. Vern Cotter has coached in the Northern Hemisphere so he has a fair Idea how they play.

This is a great win to pick up for the ABs. England were always going to be a tough opposition to take on up first especially with a completely new coaching team, a new look ABs and less than 2 weeks to get all the new systems and game plans in place. Now with this game behind them they can look on to build on top of this.
  • That was so stupid playing in our own half in “extra time” of the first half. Barret, pj, McKenzie, etc should have called for the ball to be kicked out. Leadership group fail.

It's been noticed that the England team halftime analysis must be doing something right. They tend to come out better after halftime

Christie was way to slow clearing the ball and at one stage the ref said use it a few times and we lost the ball, terrible !

Great analysis man. It was great to see BB come on and the style change when it was needed! One point is enough, good start to the year!
  • Need to work on our kicks, Perofeta was amazing in his first start. Tempo went completely down when Christie came on. Otherwise, our forwards did alright to match Englands pack, still early days to work combos and rhythm, but we'll grow from here.

In the end, I think England will leave the happier side even though they lost, no one expected England to salvage a one point loss in New Zealand and in my opinion that is a big achievement. However Razor’s team has only been together for 10 days and England had basically a warmup match and have had Steve Borthwick for ages and NZ will get better in a week so I don’t think England will draw the series. Also the bench won the game for NZ, they had so much experience on that bench and throughout the game dominated the scrum, but their line out was ok. So in summary England has a positive to take away, but Razor’s team will grow and will win the series for NZ.
  • think the ref missed many offside line calls in loose play and mauls. the same can be said in the Welsh-Aussie game.where entire backline and forwards were over the break line time and time again.
  • @mikehosken4328
I hope TJ is ok, D Mac being timed out has always been on the cards
  • @archvermin
Reckon we got a lot of homework to do, including our line outs. I'm glad to see our scrum doing well though, we will need that for the RC against the Boks.

Man... Asafo Aumua made such a difference when he came on, been a fan of the guy for a long time.
