The agent with the specs 🤓 seems rather petty cos yes the tenant was very rude & verbally abusive cos he needs anger management rehab but he paid his rent on time so did he really needed to evict him? There are worse tenants who stay for free for months until the bailiffs turn up & find the entire house destroyed 😮

Dean, who is renting now and who is the landlord? If you are renting and you are months behind your rent, you should be the one leaving.

When we were involved in the letting market with quite a lot of houses, we had a special fixer crew we rang when you didn't pay up. Plenty of doors came off the hinges & people paid up. These types of guys weren't the type of people you refused to pay. Don't be fooled into thinking the legal route is the best way, many people just don't give a s**t about landlords.
