One reason was also for her Vardaan was that Hanuman relieved Sita from her much pain and suffering after separation from Rama and the abduction by Ravana. It was Hanuman who came and made her believe that Rama will come to rescue you in few days and the proof was that Ring he showed it to Sita and gave her hope. Also he reassured the He'll convey her message and request to Rama to come quickly and rescue her. She became happy and gave above boon to Hanuman.

4:46 Just wanted to clarify a misconception about stopping the "vayu". Pawandev controls the atmosphere, not just air or wind. So the Vayu actually refers to the Pranavayu, i.e. the atmosphere. If you read Suryapuran, you will understand how life started on earth. Pawandev created the atmosphere to save the Earth from the direct heat of the Sun, which then contributed to the creation of life. So vayu doesn't mean wind or air in this context. Angry Pawandev started diminishing the atmosphere without which life is not possible on Earth.
