Dont react. Cut them off silently. Small circle, private life and peaceful mind. Use things, not people. Love people, not things. Not everyone you trust will be trustworthy. We have four problems: Overthink, overtrust, overshare, overlove..Make more moves and less announcements. Being too nice breaks you. You grow mentally weak when your life is too comfortable. You are who you are. No body's approval is needed. Learn from what people do, not what they tell you. Embrace every opportunity for regrets come from the chances we didnt take. Once you feel someone avoids you, never disturb them again. Your direction is more important than your speed. Celebrate small victories and milestones bcz they pave the way for bigger achievements.

I share bits of my personal life with everyone when it's appropriate and examine what they do. If they show signs of toxicity I immediately cut them off. And the few people who respond well I keep getting personal with them. That's how I discover real friends.

Was never one to talk about my life to coworkers, acquaintances. But then I read a book about how being aloof can be a way to control and manipulate for energy, and I actually felt bad and started trying to be revealing like everyone else. Big mistake. Go with your instincts.
