  • I like that tip and I NEEDED that tip! "Don't sit down!" It's so true. Once I sit it's harder to get started again.

Hi, great video. I have to say my Grandmother taught me all these "rules" and was a master of keeping her home tidy and clean even when her 3 sons were at home. I've followed them now for many years (I'm 70 in a few months) and doing so helps keep you and your house ready for anyone or anything. My Mom always said, "the President could show up at Debbie's door and she'd be ready to welcome him and his following in as well as feed a gang of 50." Haha! But, it's true. Thanks for sharing your film...a great "refresher" for me and re-affirming.

Ever since I've watched you.. you inspired me to do better. I enjoy being a mom/housewife now. I used to see it as a job or something im forced to do ,but now i don't mind it at all. I enjoy cooking, and cleaning. Having a clean home as much as possible 😊 my relationship with my husband has been amazing before, but i noticed a difference now its 100 times much better ! THANK YOU 😘

It’s so hard not to cling onto old clothes (I constantly tell myself “oh but I might need it in the summer / holiday / night out”) but actually one the item is gone, I don’t miss it at all! And the extra space feels so much better! x
  • You work so hard everyday to keep the entire house spotless. You are such an awesome mom and wife. I am highly inspired to clean every single day. I want to have a beautiful house and awesome family like yours😊🤍
  • due to depression, finding the motivation to clean can be so difficult but after watching a couple of your videos last night, I finally managed to get up and gut out the living room, however, I think while the advice of don't sit down is fantastic, I am heavily overweight, obese more like, so after 15mins of cleaning my whole lower back felt like it was seizing up, for anyone else who is like me and has back problems whether from weight or any other reason, if you must sit down, then do so but do it in very short bursts otherwise as mentioned, you won't get back up lol :)

I LOVE YOU, UR AWESOME!! 😃😄 I have a 17 yr old and an 8 yr (both boys), I work overnights, and come in a bit exhausted. I take my 8 yr to school , go back home, look at house and want to run the other way! Absolutely loved your video it was like my brain was getting a massage from watching all the neat tricks you provided. I can hear my voice scream in my head when my house is upside down. Lol thank you so much this was so useful!!

Best organization tip. My favorite is the "don't sit down"...that is the killer of cleaning
  • Making the bed right after I wake up is the best habit that I have picked up from you! Coming back to a made bed vs a crumpled one makes you feel so much better! Thx for your tips!

  • @ShirleeAlicia
If I don't make my bed every morning I'm so much LESS productive! It really sets the tone for the day.
  • Thank you so much for your tips. It makes a real difference when they come from someone who is dealing with real life. I am so happy to realize that I have employed MANY of these tips over the years and THEY WORK!

Love this! All week I have been organizing our closets, and dressers. I already knew folding clothes into parcels saves space, but I just never got around to it. I finally have been able to fit all my sons clothes in his dresser! Thank you for sharing! Life is so much easier when organized!
