Redesigned my low budget version and it turned out to be extremely strong.
Build can do most content in the game. Haven't tried Uber content yet.

I spent 3.5 ex total buying all the items.

insane. and this build is not even using hydrosphere right which is an easy ugrade for oyur damage even if it is not so cheap butit is not hard to get and worth the currency. so easily upgradeable
