*Very painful truth*. How can we respect these two RASCALS …😱🙏 Just read this truth. By digging through the books, we came to know that, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, the founder of 'Banaras Hindu University' (BHU), had filed a Mercy Petition to Lord Irwin on February 14th 1931, to stop the hanging of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev, also that the punishment be reduced. Lord Irwin then told Malviya ji that you are the former president of Congress, so you will have to bring letters from Nehru and Gandhi and at least 20 other members of Congress along with this petition. When Malviya ji talked to Nehru and Gandhi about stopping the hanging of Bhagat Singh, they kept silent and did not give their consent. Apart from this, due to the disagreement of Gandhi and Nehru, other Congress leaders also did not give their consent. After retirement, Lord Irwin himself said in London, that "If Nehru and Gandhi had appealed to stop Bhagat Singh's execution even once, we would certainly have canceled his execution, but I do not know, why I felt that Gandhi and Nehru were in more of a hurry, than us to hang Bhagat Singh. According to Kapil Kumar's book, "Irwin was so surprised when, neither Gandhi, nor Nehru did not request clemency, for Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev." Lord Irwin told his friends that 'we were assuming that Gandhi and Nehru would stick to Bhagat Singh's release and we will accept their point of view. Even the British were not in a hurry to hang Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru, but Gandhi and Nehru were, because Bhagat Singh was fast becoming popular among the people of India, which Gandhi and Nehru did not like at all. This was the reason that they wanted Bhagat Singh to be hanged as soon as possible. Irwin himself has said this. Apart from this, the jailer of Lahore jail himself had written a letter to Gandhi asking, 'Will hanging these boys not spoil the atmosphere of the country?' Then Gandhi, had sent a written reply, 'You do your work, nothing will happen'. ' Even after all this, if someone calls Gandhi, Nehru and Congress patriots, then definitely we pity their intelligence. Through RTI, you can also extract information about Lord Irvin's records. Then your doubts will be cleared, automatically. (must send to friends) 🇮🇳
