I remember this incident. Assaulting an officer of the United States Army is a federal offense. This is beyond any civil lawsuit. That pif committed a federal felony.

Whats worst is, he got compensated only 4 thousand dollars, and the corruptive cops still in the force.

$4000.00 for the dangerous abuse he received. That was a hate crime. The head cop kicked him. Threatened to kill him.pepper sprayed him twice. This man was and is traumatized. For the rest of his life. He needs more compensation . And better legal help.

Qualified Immunity needs to go away, and lawsuits against officers should be taken out of their pensions. We'll see this behavior go away really quick

No one, NO ONE should resort to pulling out their guns unless they feel threatened. They even pepper sprayed him while he was unarmed with his hands up. He never once put up a fight, just questioned for the stop. These aren’t cops, they are monsters who wear the name.

The fact that guy said "Yeah, you should be" in response to the Lt. stating his fear to leave his car is more than enough proof he doesn't belong in law enforcement.
