I gave up caring about Nikita and BSG back in 2021. Have played thousands of hours of SPT since then and had a blast; got my money's worth you might say. I'm glad to see that most folks have finally come around to the same realization and moved on.

My biggest fear is that this game being F2P is going to result in an absolute insane number of cheaters that the devs are simply not going to be able to deal with. Cheating has become so sophisticated that it's becoming harder and harder for anti-cheat to catch people, resulting in the most effective way being to capture video footage of cheating and sending it directly to the devs... which sounds great until you have a game with tens of thousands of players sending in hundreds and hundreds of reports because they are mad they got killed, causing a crazy backlog of things to sift through which gives cheaters potentially dozens of hours to just wreck the experience for thousands of players until they're manually banned, only for them to spoof hardware and use a VPN to get right back into cheating with a brand new account with hacks.
